Schedule Options
- Full Time, Part Time, and PRN available
- OR shifts available in 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour blocks
- 24-hour trauma shifts available
- One weekend shift per month
- 4 to 5 evening shifts per year — 3PM to 11PM only
- No call after 11PM — ever
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience — up to $240,000
- Sign-on bonus up to $45,000 with a 36 month commitment or up to $150,000 with a 4 year note
- Annual retention bonus — $15,000 to $20,000 per year
- Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 — no receipts required
- CME allowance — $3,000 per year
- Generous PTO — up to 360 hours annually

- 401K with match
- Per diem rate available — $150 per hour
- Earn While You Learn stipend available for SRNAs — $2,500 per month

Required Qualifications
- Board Certified by the NBCRNA — Required
- Active Florida ARNP license or willingness to obtain — Required
- Open to new graduates
- Comfortable with a 1:4 supervision model
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
