Required Qualifications

Board Certified by the NBCRNA — Required. No exceptions.
Active Texas APRN license — Required. Must be currently licensed in the state of Texas.
Minimum 1-2 years of CRNA experience preferred — new graduates with Texas licensure will be considered
Strong clinical skills across a variety of surgical case types
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative anesthesia team
Comfortable with flexible self-scheduling
Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Cardiac or trauma anesthesia experience
Experience in a surgical hospital or ambulatory surgery center setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education

Rowlett Texas — approximately 25 minutes east of Dallas. Easy access to the full DFW metroplex including Plano, Garland, Mesquite, and surrounding communities. No state income tax in Texas means your full salary goes further.
