RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a maintenance staff sufficient to meet or exceed the expectations of the company leadership for the Maintenance Department
Maintain an employee training system for all maintenance personnel
Manage the department budget
Work across all the Management Team to meet Company objectives
Advise and work with Company leaders to set objectives. Maintenance Manager is a key member of TPM.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree TPM Continuous Improvement training Management training Electrical, Mechanical, Bakery training

Required Skills/Experience
10 years of maintenance management experience TPM proficiency Continuous Improvement expertise.
Managing Capital projects/ CAPEX/ Budgets
Document management of all aspects of Maintenance Department.
Experienced with implementing and managing CMMS or other maintenance software programs. Microsoft Suite of programs, ERP or MRP programs Thorough understanding of food production and packaging machinery for the high-volume production (Bakery industry highly preferred!)

REPORTS TO:
Plant Manager

SUPERVISES:
Maintenance Team of 8 Technicians, 3 supervisors
