  • Mail or Fax it: If you’d prefer to mail or fax your grievance, simply download the complaint form and submit it to the closest OSHA Area Office to your company, as this increases your chance of getting an onsite inspection. For best results, you’ll also want to make sure that you or your representative signs the complaint.
  • Call Your OSHA Regional or Area Office: If you’d rather talk to someone by phone, call your local OSHA Regional or Area Office to discuss your complaint. Use this method or call 1-800-321-OSHA for all emergency situations.
