- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pouch Machine Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot pouch packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for producing quality products safely while minimizing downtime and ensuring production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up pouch machines according to production specifications.
- Operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Complete production paperwork and required documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety and GMP procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and production team members.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating pouch packaging equipment is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
- Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and equipment manuals in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
