  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $21.00-$24.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pouch Machine Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot pouch packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for producing quality products safely while minimizing downtime and ensuring production goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Set up pouch machines according to production specifications.
  • Operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
  • Complete production paperwork and required documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety and GMP procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and production team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating pouch packaging equipment is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and equipment manuals in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
