MAINTENANCE MECHANIC OPENING IN LINWOOD PA. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DAY SHIFT MAINTENANCE MECHANIC HERE. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE STRONGER ON THE MECHANICAL SIDE BUT ALSO WITH ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE LIKE PLCS, VFDS, 480V.

PAYS: $30-$35 HOURLY
 

Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete assigned maintenance requests.
• Perform basic facility repairs, including drywall, painting, lighting, and plumbing/compressed air systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support inventory of maintenance parts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and compressed air knowledge; welding is a plus.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, Lean/5S, and root cause analysis preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
