Electro- Mechanic Technician

Electro-Mechanical Technicians in dairy manufacturing maintain, repair, and troubleshoot high-speed processing and packaging equipment. These roles require expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure continuous production and sanitation compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine maintenance on dairy machinery, fillers, conveyors, and separators.
• Troubleshooting electrical- motors, sensors, 480v.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose PLC-controlled systems and electrical components to minimize downtime.
• Repairs: Fix faulty pumps, motors, valves, and refrigeration units.
• Installation: Install and calibrate new production equipment, including welding (TIG/stick) and fabrication.

Common Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of industrial maintenance, with food or dairy experience highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
