NEW OPENING IN LITITZ PA, LOOKING FOR A FACILITIES MECHANIC HERE. LOOKING FOR AN UP-BEAT INDIVIDUAL WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH SOME FACILITES MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
THIS IS A DAY SHIFT ROLE 8AM-5PM
SALARY IS $50,700

Position Summary
The Facilities Technician supports the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the facility to ensure it meets the organization’s high standards of excellence. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to assist with a variety of operational and facility-related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Associate may perform some, but not all, of the following tasks:

Clean machines in the workshop

Change cleaning solutions

Mop and sweep floors
-
Blow exterior building grounds
-
Perform general cleaning tasks
-
Take inventory of Real Estate Operations stock items as needed

Shred documents
-
Stock kitchens and supplies
-
Prepare coffee
-
Set up catering and refreshment areas
-
Set up and reset meeting rooms
-
Support projects alongside other Real Estate Operations team members
-
Provide assistance wherever needed to support daily operations
