NEW OPENING WITH A MANUFACTURING PLANT IN BELLMAWR NJ. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A STRONG MAINTENANCE PLANNER OUT OF A FAST-PACED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. IDEALLY FOODS OR BEVERAGE.

PAY IS $75K-$85K SALARY

SHIFT: DAY SHIFT AVERAGE 50 HOUR WORK WEEK

POSITION PURPOSE

Ensure that proven Maintenance Planning and Scheduling methods and techniques are used to maximize system availability, throughput, quality, safety, and environmental performance by reducing equipment repair time. Proven methods would include accurately documenting work orders so that work description, time estimates, and proper codes are captured in CMMS. Parts and tools required for the work are identified, ordered and available for the work.

 

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

· Receives direction from the Reliability Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, or Eng/Maintenance Manager

· Follows company Environmental, Safety, and Health guidelines

· Receives assignments that are broad in nature requiring appreciable originality and ingenuity for successful completion

· Plans and Schedules all maintenance work performed in his/her area of responsibility

 

 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

 

· Facilitates development of the weekly maintenance schedule in conjunction with appropriate maintenance, operations, and engineering personnel

· Responsible for consistency of format for all job plans and work lists

· Manages the PM program on a daily basis

· Ensures that new equipment information, parts, PM’s, etc., is properly entered in CMMS prior to start-up

· Ensures correct parts and consumables are included in all job plans

· Works with Reliability Leader and Storeroom to ensure that spares are stocked at appropriate levels

· Manages the timing and CMMS system output for PM and PdM work

· Completes job plans with manpower scheduling and parts verification per company standards for:

o Outages/Turnarounds

o Equipment modifications

o Standard Work

o PMs and Condition Based Monitoring Inspections

· Develops the master plan for outages/turnarounds

· Assists with Bill of Material (BOMs) updates

· Manages the life of Work Requests/Work Orders:

o Uses feedback to update Standard Work

o Monitors proper completion and return

o Ensures correct closing codes are applied to completed work orders

· Helps to maintain the equipment hierarchy in CMMS

· Ensures data integrity is upheld in all maintenance related data in CMMS

· Maintains accurate and up to date Work Order Backlogs

 

 

 

EDUCATION:

· 2-year degree in relevant technical area and/or 7+ years of relevant experience as a maintenance craft in a manufacturing environment

 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

· Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles

· Demonstrated Leadership Skills

· Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills

· Proficient computer skills including:

o MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

o Very Strong CMMS Capability (Power User)

· Familiarity with Lean methods and processes

· Strong Organizational Skills

· Able to handle multiple priorities

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 7+ years of relevant experience

· Experience as maintenance craft in a manufacturing environment

· Experience in a GMP environment preferred
