LARGE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN BOISE ID IS LOOKING FOR A PRESS OPERATOR WITH LITHO PRESS MACHINES EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A DAY SHIFT ROLE.
SHIFT: MON-THURS 6AM-430PM
PAYS: $30-$35 HOURLY

Key responsibilities
- Machine operation: Set up and operate UV and UV-LED printing presses, adjusting settings as needed for different materials and jobs.
- Quality control: Maintain color and register tolerance to ensure high-quality prints.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the press equipment.
- Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues with the press and print quality.
- Workflow management: Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required skills and qualifications
- Technical expertise: Experience with UV printing technology, including UV/LED presses, RIP software, and color management systems.
- Mechanical skills: Strong mechanical aptitude for setup and maintenance.
- Attention to detail: Crucial for maintaining high-quality standards.
- Soft skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Physical ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
