Pay is $60k SALARY

Job Description: Freezer Supervisor

   Responsible for the efficient execution of fresh food programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
•    Train, coach and direct the employees that oversee the inventory of product and supplies, and ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of the freezer equipment and facilities.
•    Ensure accurate inventory levels by performing precise cycle counts and monitoring the ordering of product and supplies
•    Responsible for accurate preparation of documentation related to production, shipping & receiving, safety and sanitation.
•    Lead in the training and development of employees by managing performance and creating an environment in which they have the opportunity to succeed.
•    Ensure quality of products (inbound/outbound) complies with specifications, established guidelines, and standards for shipping, receiving, and production.
•    Demonstrate leadership in the implementation and support of a safety focused culture
•    Adhere to all safety guidelines and wearing of all required safety gear (PPE)
•    Adhere, support, and enforce all company policies and procedures
•    Adhere to attendance guidelines of the company

Education or GED, along with at least (2) years of equivalent experience or education and/or experience. You must Also have the following skills:
• Possibility to follow written and verbal instructions
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferable
• Service Oriented
• Ability to work as part of a team and treat co-workers with respect
• Experience leading and developing people
• Desired expertise in the meat processing industry, but not required
• Capacity to obtain the certification of forklifts and pallets
