SEAMER TECHNICIAN NEEDED IN WAVERLY, NY paying ($120,000-$150,000/year) Looking for a guru Seamer mechanic.

WE NEED A SKILLED SEAMER TECHNICIAN AT OUR BEVERAGE CANNING FACILITY THAT CAN HELP  OUR COMPANY WITH HIGH DEMAND ORDERS!

Seamer Maintenance Technician – Subject Matter Expert (SME) – As a Seamer Technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting seaming machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our canned products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities: 
Set up, adjust, and operate sealing machines for production runs.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on sealing equipment to minimize downtime.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Perform inspections and tests on finished can verify proper sealing and integrity.
Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during production.
Collaborate with production staff and management to optimize efficiency and production output.
Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide competent and effective maintenance support for our plant operations. Deliver training and guidance to Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Requirements / Qualifications:
Formal Applicants must possess demonstrable experience working directly with the specific type of automated beverage manufacturing equipment employed within our facility. Examples of such equipment include Crown Fillers, Angelus Seamers, Douglas Contour, Douglas Spectrum, RA Jones Meridian

High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in machinery or mechanical engineering is a plus.

Proven experience as a Seamer Technician or in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in food manufacturing.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Compensation: commensurate with experience in the beverage industry.
