This position is responsible for basic maintenance and repair of the facility. Duties include but not limited to :

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, speak and write English so as to assimilate, retain, and apply training and knowledge of job functions and recognize and communicate problems and recommend solutions.
Must have 5 or more years of related experience in a facility maintenance.
Familiarity with CMMS work order system.
The ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Preferred

Facility maintenance in a warehouse environment.
This is includes knowledge of dock levelers, pallet wrap machines, fire roll up doors, fire sprinkler doors and other tasks associated within facility maintenance.
