Production Manager

Summary: 
Directs and coordinates activities of production departments(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or though subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities:
· Review results of supervised workers activities.
· Prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
· Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications.
· Develops or revises standard operational and working practices.
· Compiles, stores and retrieves production data.
· Follows up on ALL customer request and questions.
· Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and/ or 4-6 years of experience.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and email.
Knowledge of Food ingredients a plus.
