“BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING PLANT IN LAKELAND FLORIDA NEEDS 3 MAINTENANCE MECHANIC. PAY RANGE IS 25-28.00HR WITH PAY INCREASES AFTER 30,60 & 90 DAYS. PAY INCREASES ARE BELOW FOR YOU TO REVIEW. MUST COME OUT OF FOOD OR BEVERAGE ONLY FOR THIS PLANT. ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL SKILL SET WITH SOME PLC TROUBLESHOOTING EXPERIENCE.

nThe starting pay rate for the position is $25/hr-30HR

nDuties include:n

    nt

  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical components of processing equipment such as fillers, labelers, cappers, shrink wrappers, pasteurizers, and Blending equipmentnt
  • Reading and troubleshooting via prints and schematics; Use electrical testing equipment, schematics, and ladder logic, and to troubleshoot and diagnose manufacturing equipment such as fillers, packers, labelers, and palletizersnt
  • Installing and making PLC program operating changes in a manufacturing environment as needed such as timing changes, pressure/temperature operating levels, speed references, PID loops, and operating sequencen
