nMUST HAVES:
n•    Experience with SQL, SSRS, Excel, and Power BI 
n•    Experience with relational databases is preferred, including an understanding of SQL Server Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts 
n•    Understand ETL process and implement data transformations in SQL and Power BI

nJob Summary:
n a growing company looking for an Associate Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to help build BI solutions that turn raw data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis and have a passion for data. This position will work closely with the business to understand enterprise data needs and build those requests. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence environment to help us make better decisions. 
nPrimary Duties:
n•    Analyze data interface requests, profile data, and determine best approach for delivering request
n•    Translate requirements from different areas of the business into technical requirements
n•    Develop data models for visualizations, interactive dashboards, and ad hoc data requests
n•    Collaborate with other developers and end-users as request flow through the life cycle
n•    Perform unit testing and quality assurance checks on data models and reports
n•    Produce, review, interpret and debug complex code while following standards
n•    Investigate and resolve unplanned work items including quick communication of findings back to team and end users
n•    Evaluate and improve existing BI systems

nEducation:
n•    AS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related subject area or equivalent experience as developer 
nRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
n•    At least 1 year of experience in BI development
n•    Experience with SQL, SSRS, Excel, and Power BI
n•    Experience with relational databases is preferred, including an understanding of SQL Server Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts
n•    Understand ETL process and implement data transformations in SQL and Power BI
n•    Outstanding customer service skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication
n•    Knowledge of source control is preferable
n•    Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a willingness to lend a hand with any project
n•    Demonstrated ability to work independently of supervision
n•    Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
n•    Balance workday between multiple projects
