“PACKAGING PLANT IN Chesterfield, Michigan NEEDS WELL ROUNDED LEAD ELECTRO MECHANIC WITH HIGH SPEED MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE. Must have experience leading a group of technicians, assigning PMs, coaching and developing team members.

nSALARY: 30.00-35.00hr
nSHIFT: 1st shift is 6am-4:30PM 
nM-F with some weekend work when needed. 
nClient has 4 locations in the vicinty. Opening a 5th facility soon nearby.
nCandidates will work at all facilities as determined by the work to be done.

nThe multi-skilled individual that possesses technical skills in several areas including Machine and Facility maintenance.
n
nResponsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery.

nResponsible for leading a team of technicians
n
nResponsible for assigning work orders and PMs
n
nResponsible for training and developing
n
nComplete preventive maintenance prerequisites on mechanical equipment and testing machinery including saws, drills, motors, collectors, and adhesive applicators
n
nApply oil, lubricants, or other materials to machines or their parts to support the optimal performance of production machines
n
nExamine and repair broken machine parts or recommend repair requirements
n
nReplace, fix, or realign machine parts and accessories in line with production specifications
n
nConduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
nRemove hardened or unwanted materials from machines using hand and power tools
n
nTroubleshoot reported problems and resolve them promptly
n
nCloseout Maintenance work orders
n
nMonitor and maintain spare parts
n
