nThere are 30 people there at this site, 45 minutes north of Eugene OR, 2 hours south of Portland, it's a very small town, mountainesque, a lot of available hiking. This is good for someone who enjoys a rural small town environment. Eligible for benefits 30 days after their first full month.

n(32/hr – 35/hr, days Mon – Fri, possibility of a lot of OT), should have good PLC troubleshooting skills.

nIndustrial Electrician Key Responsibilities:n
- nt
- Diagnose and repair/replace field instrumentation, electrical and control components.nt
- Diagnose issues with machines using PLCsnt
- Basic improvements utilizing the site programming software for PLC’s and OIS’snt
- Recommend replacement frequencies for electrical and control components for the CMMSnt
- Work as a team member or alone to complete projects.nt
- Observe safety procedures and meet electrical codes.nt
- Make decisions based on technical documents.nt
- Servicing motor controls and electrical distribution equipmentnt
- Reading and interpreting specifications and blueprintsnt
- Conducting electronic inspections and testsnt
- Grounding electrical systemsnt
- Performing electrical work on environmental regulating systems, pumps and industrial lighting systemsnt
- Installing, maintaining and repairing heavy duty equipment and industrial communications systemsnt
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical componentsnt
- Working with programmable logic/automation controls[4]nt
- Familiar with RS-logic software.nt
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting Allen Bradley drives.n

nIndustrial Electrician Qualifications/Education:nn
- nt
- Graduate of a technical program majoring in PLC/industrial controls or equivalent experience.nt
- High School Diploma or GED.nt
- Journeyman experience or the completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.nt
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.nt
- Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.nt
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.nt
- Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.nt
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.nt
- Willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lift heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.n
