FOOD CONTAINER MANUFACTURING PLANT IN BETHLEHEM PA NEEDS A MAINTENANCE PLANNER WITH MP2 EXPERIENCE & ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL SKILLS. SO SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN A MECHANIC IN THE PAST OR CURRENTLY WITH PLANNING EXPERIENCE AS WELL WILL WORK. THIS IS A DAY SHIFT ROLE AND IS READY TO BE FILLED ASAP. HOURLY RATE IS 30-43 HR. WORK HOURS ARE M-F 8:30AM-5PM.

nJOB SUMMARY:
nThe Maintenance planner is responsible for the maintenance parts store room including purchasing, parts staging, receiving and issuing, and inventory of MRO maintenance materials to support the maintenance activities.
n
nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:       
n•    Managing all store room activities.
n•    Manage the Stock Room for the Maintenance Department including inventory control of stock spare parts and consumable materials to achieve inventory management objectives.
n•    Creates and manages the maintenance and stores inventory.
n•    Responsible to create programs and processes which will ensure adequate and accurate store levels are achieved and maintained.
n•    Establish schedule and activities including expediting stock and non-stock parts, staging/issuing parts to work orders, and receiving Maintenance MRO materials and parts.
n•    Procurement of Indirect MRO Materials (Purchasing).
n•    Oversees receiving, check out, and cycle counting activities and meet conformance with operational standards.
n•    Support Maintenance department and Planners, to achieve objectives.
n•    Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify MRO requirements.
n•    Plan and conduct cycle count inventory of MRO maintenance materials to ensure inventory is properly maintained.

nQUALIFICATIONS:
n•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years’ experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years relevant work experience.
n•    Must have 3-5 years MP2 experience related to MRO inventory management.
n•    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n•    Strong computer application skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
n•    Must possess or develop proficiency in planning/analysis, cost accounting, and control.
