“Maintenance Supervisor – 85k – 88k plus bonus
nA growing (will double production volume in next 3 years) lumber mill manufacturer in Ackerman is looking for an accomplished Supervisor who'll be over 6-10 maintenance personnel, Mon – Fri day shift (6 am – 4 pm approx.). Need good supervisory skills and hands on skills – fix machines and mentor people, the site is in a rural area, Mississippi State University is about 30 minutes away, someone has to be happy living in a rural area, would be open to offering relocation assistance.

nThis position will manage the sawmill maintenance staff during Monday – Friday and coordinate department activities; diagnose equipment failures and oversee the repair of problems as they arise; coordinate all activities in the maintenance department regarding preventative and predictive maintenance, installations, and modifications; and ensure all equipment is maintained in safe, efficient operating condition.

• Work closely with other departments, vendors, and regulatory agencies to accomplish goals and objectives.n

• 2 years plus of Industrial Maintenance Supervisionn
