nMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
nBio: Responsible for all maintenance activities including bottling lines, facility, grounds and special projects. Responsible for anticipating and communicating relevant issues to Supervisor/Manager and for keeping machinery runtime at optimum level. Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure highest machine efficiency.

no    Understand and comply with maintenance safety requirements of position; keep safety top of mind at all times and prevent co-workers from working unsafely. Ensure equipment is repaired in a safe and efficient manner.  Report safety concerns, accidents and near misses immediately. Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations. Keep workplace clean and free of debris at all times.
no    Understand and work with established standards to deliver the highest and most consistent levels of excellent customer service.
no    Ensure that equipment achieve maximum efficiency and reliability; reduce downtime by evaluating and testing equipment; implement automation to optimized safety, quality and efficiency. Own the standard operating procedures for maintenance of equipment, facility, grounds and special projects. Continuously improve quality driven actions that lead to the award winning results. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.
no    Create a personal development plan with assistance of supervisor to improve a skill/competency that will develop personal skills and improve performance. Improve at least one skill each year as agreed with supervisor. Deliver on performance against outcomes. Continuously improve the quality of maintenance processes and services; and the culture in which we work.
no    Develop the skills needed to attain the desired career path within the organization. Individuals are responsible for identifying their own career goals and communicating same to their supervisor.
no    Continually seek ways to improve performance as measured by departmental Key Performance Indicators.  Understand and adhere to SOPs and best practices to ensure highest standards for Maintenance Department. Proactively generate ideas to improve day-to-day maintenance operation. Optimize tools available to continuously improve work environment.   Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure maximum efficiency.

no     Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
no     Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
no     Detail Oriented
no     Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
no     Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
no     Demonstrated ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations
no    Requires Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
no    3 years of relevant experience (minimum)
no     High School diploma or GED equivalent
nPREFERRED
no    12 months Continuous growth in each position
no     Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates Degree
no    3 years hands on electrical experience, Allen Bradley PLC programming and hardware experience, equipment trouble shooting experience
nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
no    Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
no    Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
no    Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
no    Strong communication skills
no    Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
no    Ability to work in high, precarious places
no    Ability to work with vibration from a specific tool
no    Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances 
no    Noise level at work station is loud (metal can manufacturing, large earth moving equipment) 
no    Ability to pay attention to detail 
no    In-person job attendance 
no    Ability to work 8 hour shift
no    Ability to work overtime if necessary
