nMaintenance Technician 
nDay Shift – 6AM-3PM
nRepairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment, and resolve complex issues around machines and equipment.
n
nRepairs and reconditions hydraulic/pneumatic systems (airlines, solenoids), as well as electrical equipment/components •
n
nRepairs and maintains chiller water system in machine shop. • Installs plumbing, air, and electrical utilities necessary for machine operation.
n
nDismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
n
nAdhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines. What you bring: 
n
n3 years of applicable experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
n
nAdvanced experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical applications. 
n
nAdvanced experience with the use of a variety of hand and mechanical tools for equipment repair.
n
nProficient technical and systems experience, including CMM systems experience.
n
nAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance and machinery issues. • Ability to operate hand tools, and equipment required to complete job related tasks
n
nSafety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines”
