nElectro Mechanical Technicians  needed for 12 hour rotation on night shift and strong PLC experience & VFD EXP required!!! SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE:
nNEED 3 ON 12 HOUR NIGHTS 7PM-7AM 3,2,2,3

nLOCATION: Matthews, NC
nPAY:28-35HR 
n
nSummary:   In this role, the technician will have a sound understanding of the production equipment and facilities so proper maintenance, failure avoidance, and continuous improvement can take place.
n
nResponsibilities:
n•    Review work orders with resources as they are received, ask for clarification and confer with the requestor for additional clarification when needed, originate and process emergency work orders when necessary 
n•    Have a clear understanding of the LO/TO policy 
n•    Use the computer system to find the needed parts for repairs 
n•    Maintain written documentation of the work performed
n•    Complete PMs as required 
n•    Troubleshoot an inoperable machine or piece of equipment; work may involve installing, servicing, replacing, and /or repairing any machine or equipment plant-wide, with or without schematics
no    Exact skills will be based on competencies known and properly trained in.  Specifics of this could be: Troubleshoot and repair distribution equipment, such as transformers, motors, breakers;  Locate areas of electrical trouble by using proper test equipment; Replace generators, motors, and controllers; Test, energize, and repair different types of circuits 
no    Ability to test, troubleshoot, change and program PLCs or drives 
no    Calibrate different instrument types 
n•    Operate basic and advanced shop tools as required
n•    Good shift to shift communication with the rest of the maintenance or operational teams 
n•    Other duties as assigned

nQualifications:
n
n•    AA Degree in Industrial Electronics or equivalent experience, including military Prime Power MOS 12P 
n•    Siemens experience a plus
n•    Five years of manufacturing or military experience 
n•    Experience with drives, PLC, three phase 480 volt, 4160 volt and/or horsepower up to 3500 hp, valve calibration and troubleshooting strongly preferred 
n•    Ability to work OT as necessary
n•    This is a night shift position on rotating 12 hour shifts
n•    Paper mill experience a plus
