“CORRUGATED MANUFACTURING COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR LIKE AN INSTRUMENTATION FIELD SERVICE PLC TECHNICIAN WITH ICORR EXPERIENCE THE KEY IS PLC'S AND ICORR. SALARY RANGE IS 75-85K AND CAN SIT ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES. IT'S LIKE A FIELD SERVICE TECH ROLE BUT FOR PLC'S AND AUTOMATION DEALING WITH ICORR.

nMUST BE CLOSE TO AN AIRPORT FOR TRAVEL WHEN NEEDED. AGAIN THIS IS A FIELD SERVICE TRAVELING ROLE.

nMUST HAVE ICORR EXPERIENCE AND PLC EXPERIENCE.

nSummary
nThe primary objective of this role is to maintain iCorr and create new functionality for iCorr monitoring and alarming. This roll will focus on the back-end maintenance of iCorr including the interface between iCorr and the PLCs and Drives of the corrugator, the creation and maintenance of new points of measurement (POMs), the development of new rules in iCorr and test and validation. This individual will be required to participate in all iCorr review meetings with M2P teams and customers for the purpose of gathering feedback and identifying user requirements for new functionality. 
nResponsibilities
n•    Create and Maintain POM Lists for North American Corrugators 
n•    Perform testing to validate operation of iCorr for North American Corrugators
n•    Speak with end user to understand requirements and to generate new ideas for how to use POMs preform visualization
n•    Create Analyzer Files in the PLC for trouble shooting machine issues identified by iCorr.
n•    Load software updates to corrugators required to expand the functionality of iCorr, such as PLC modifications for Profibus.
n•    25% Travel
nRequirements
n
n•    5 years of experience as an Electrician.
n•    Able to read and comprehend machine electrical schematics and drawing.
n•    2 Years Corrugated experience.
n•    Understanding of the basic operation of a corrugator.
n•    2 years experience working with Step 7 & TIA
n•    Basic PLC logic understanding, able to locate and identify PLC data words.
n•    Basic understanding of corrugator network communication types and methods.
n•    Experience with Excel
n•    Enthusiastic about predictive and prescriptive maintenance.
