PROJECT MANAGER/ ESTIMATOR OPENING WITH A LARGE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING COMPANY IN PHILADELPHIA IS SEEKING A PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR WITH HVAC, BOILER, SUSTAINABILITY EXP, MEP HVAC EXP, DEALING WITH INSURANCE AND OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR EXP & SOLAR PV SYSTEMS. 
nSALARY: $85K-115K (may go higher for someone with more than 6 years experience)
nBonus: Is determined at the end of the year and based on Profitability of the Project that this position manages.
n3 Weeks PTO
nWorks with Solar PV (Photovoltaic), Chillers, HVAC, Boilers, Energy Efficiency Systems and Energy Conservation Systems
