nAbout The Role
nThe Vice President of Operations is expected to continuously scale the business’s operations – procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain – to deliver upon the company’s aggressive growth strategy. This position oversees the development, execution and ongoing refinement of the manufacturing operations strategy and team across multiple production sites and corporate support personnel.
nCore Responsibilities 
n•    Strategic Vision: Leads the creation and execution of a strategic plan for all operations and provides leadership to enable sustained growth in sales & profitability and scale a multi-plant operations function.
n•    Operational Excellence: Oversees the daily company operations for all production facilities and manages planning and key financial indicators and capital expenditure.
n•    Transformational Leadership: Responsible for managing team talent and collaboration with other departments to carry out the organization’s business goals. 
n•    Relationship Management: Builds and manages key partnerships such as co-manufacturing opportunities, key suppliers, and partners for growth opportunities. 
n
nSkills & Qualifications? 
n•    BS required, MBA a plus
n•    10+ years of progressive experience in Food Manufacturing leadership positions
n•    Optimistic and inspiring leader with record of accomplishment in building high performance teams. Continuously strives to motivate, inspire, and drive the success of employees, processes, and procedures.
n•    A mindset of continuous improvement, with experience in the development and execution of formalized CI (Continuous Improvement) strategy and methodology.
n•    Experienced in high growth organizations and opening multiple sites.
n•    Strategic mindset with hands-on attitude.
n•    Extensive understanding, I the application of business systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and their application in a food manufacturing environment. Experienced in the MS Office suite of software tools.
n•    A financial-driven discipline around budgetary management and core cost drivers of a food manufacturing operation.
