GREAT PAY RANGE 30-36HR MUST BE STRONG ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS 
Electro Mechanical Technicians  needed for 12 hour rotation on night shift and strong PLC experience required!!! SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE:

LOCATION: Matthews, NC
PAY:28-36HR 

Summary:   In this role, the technician will have a sound understanding of the production equipment and facilities so proper maintenance, failure avoidance, and continuous improvement can take place.

Responsibilities:
•    Review work orders with resources as they are received, ask for clarification and confer with the requestor for additional clarification when needed, originate and process emergency work orders when necessary 
•    Have a clear understanding of the LO/TO policy 
•    Use the computer system to find the needed parts for repairs 
•    Maintain written documentation of the work performed
•    Complete PMs as required 
•    Troubleshoot an inoperable machine or piece of equipment; work may involve installing, servicing, replacing, and /or repairing any machine or equipment plant-wide, with or without schematics
o    Exact skills will be based on competencies known and properly trained in.  Specifics of this could be: Troubleshoot and repair distribution equipment, such as transformers, motors, breakers;  Locate areas of electrical trouble by using proper test equipment; Replace generators, motors, and controllers; Test, energize, and repair different types of circuits 
o    Ability to test, troubleshoot, change and program PLCs or drives 
o    Calibrate different instrument types 
•    Operate basic and advanced shop tools as required
•    Good shift to shift communication with the rest of the maintenance or operational teams 
•    Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

•    AA Degree in Industrial Electronics or equivalent experience, including military Prime Power MOS 12P 
•    Siemens experience a plus
•    Five years of manufacturing or military experience 
•    Experience with drives, PLC, three phase 480 volt, 4160 volt and/or horsepower up to 3500 hp, valve calibration and troubleshooting strongly preferred 
•    Ability to work OT as necessary
•    This is a night shift position on rotating 12 hour shifts
•    Paper mill experience a plus
