The Senior Controls Engineer is responsible for all Factory Controls and IT related systems for the site
•
Develop the strategy for assessing and maintaining controls as well as facilitating and leading the implementation of Factory Controls and IT projects
•
Design, implement, and document control systems for various types of automated equipment
•
Develop control concepts, program design, coding and implementation, instrumentation selection ad operation interface development
•
Conduct the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic design, peripheral device programming, machine PLC programming, coordinate the machine debug, power-up, and machine validation with the project team
•
Manage the development and design of new computer applications by preparing flowcharts, report and screen layouts, source documents, and specifications
