Pay depends on experience- realistically $28-36 higher side for people who have paper- printing machinery experience which is strongly preferred.
HIGHLY PREFERRED IF we find people with printing and converting equipment and services for the label, flexible packaging, folding carton and corrugated industries.
Machinery brands they have- Bobst, Ward, Langston, Man Roland, Iberica, Gopfert, Cuir, Apstar, Mosca, Signode, TEI, Bale master
All are packaging, folding carton and carton machinery.
They have a 2 sides of the plant- folding carton side and a corrugated side.
Some of there Competitors are the following- Huhtamaki, K1 Packaging, LA Paper Box, Gabriel Container, Menasha packaging.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on all the Company’s production and facilities machinery/equipment, in addition to performing maintenance on Facility building. Examples of such machines are, but not limited to, printing press machine, die cut machine, folding gluing machine, UV coating machine, sheeting machine, baler machine.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Perform preventive maintenance as needed and maintain a schedule for maintenance on machinery and/or equipment and building
Inspect machines/equipment, develop repair lists and identify short-term and long-term repairs
Troubleshoot issues on machinery/equipment, including troubleshooting over the phone with equipment manufacturers when needed
Utilize your knowledge and experience to conduct minor to difficult repairs, with urgency to get the machinery and/or equipment up and running
Read and understand maintenance manuals for machinery and/or equipment, if needed, and the ability to work under pressure to fix equipment
Coordinate down times with Senior Mechanic and Production Managers for cleaning, maintenance, and repair of machinery/equipment
Responding to maintenance calls
Ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery and/or equipment and parts, such as, motors, pumps, blowers, compressors, etc.
Utilize and maintain Company’s tool and shop clean and organized
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies
Design, modify, or fabricate parts and fixtures
Trouble shoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdown of plant assets
Repair fixtures, lighting, electrical components, plumbing, flooring and partitions
Disassemble obsolete equipment and hardware for disposal as needed
Build cabinets, tables, racks, jigs, partitions and etc. for company use
Install water lines, water valves, air lines, air valves
Search for needed parts and supplies by contacting vendors, request quotes and assist in determining best course of action
Partner with other mechanics and guide if needed, to ensure efficiency
Abide by company safety policy while working
Make continuous improvement in the execution of all tasks described above
