Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor
2ND SHIFT 2PM START TIME
JUICE MANUFACTURING PLANT
MUST BE A HANDS ON MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR OUT OF FOOD OR BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, leading, maintaining compliance of procedures and protocols, including but not limited to maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding process, packaging, facility and auxiliary support equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds processes. The Maintenance Supervisor executes this by scheduling, planning, and executing work orders by assigning workloads to mechanics on a daily, weekly, monthly, semiannually, and annually basis. Directs mechanics and contractors in installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical wiring and controls, heating, cooling and ventilating, and other related systems and equipment in all production, packaging, and supporting departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees workers engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing all plant equipment, and provides direction for the requisitions of spare parts, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Performs related work as required to sustain and improve Preventative Maintenance program by providing improvement recommendations and investigates, analyzes, and resolves technical and human work problems, or assists others in solving these problems. Inspects and verifies completed work for conformance to the craftmanship of mechanics, blueprints, specifications, and standards in any maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical wiring and controls, heating, cooling and ventilating, and other related systems and equipment in all production, packaging, and supporting departments.
