POSITION TITLE
ELECTRICIAN

Bio: The electrician is responsible for all upgrades as well as electrical repairs for plant and machinery projects as directed by supervisor. Responsible for PLC work, AC drives, control wiring, ordering parts and trouble shooting. Electronics background a must. Master License preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST
o     Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
o     Strong detail orientation
o     Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
o     Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
o     Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
o     Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
o     Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic
o     Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates Degree
o     Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o     Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
o    3 Years of relevant experience (minimum)
PREFERRED
o    3 Years hands on electrical experience, Allen Bradley PLC programming and hardware experience, equipment trouble shooting experience
o    3 Years Experience in the food & beverage industry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
o    Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
o    Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
o    Ability to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
o    Verbally communicate with others to exchange information
o    Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
o    Ability to work with the risk of electrical shock
o    Noise level at work station is loud (metal can manufacturing, large earth moving equipment)
