Company builds long-term relationships with clients and provides strategic and tactical support to help improve top and bottom line growth.  Currently seeking Senior Consultants for our Cyber Physical Security practice.  


The Sr. Consultant – Cyber Physical Security – is responsible for meeting individual & team goals as part of company's consulting services for implementing solutions for manufacturers. The position is accountable for:

  • Understanding the Cybersecurity industry in areas such as: market challenges, industry clusters, market demographics and trends, key associations and technology requirements
  • Assessing client needs and implementing Cybersecurity related solutions, on-time, within budget, with high customer satisfaction, ROI and quantified impact
  • Identify contractor resources and coordinate contractor delivered consulting services in addition to direct customer delivery to assure client satisfaction
  • Leading development of company client offerings, positioning services and developing sales awareness training for security related opportunities (regulatory, risk management, etc.)
  • Team with Client Advisors to support sales calls and solution development



  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity and Cyber Physical Security technologies, assessments, and standards to develop solutions to assist manufacturers
  • Set the strategy and develop customer solutions for Cyber Physical Security implementations that align with clients’ strategic goals and future industry challenges
  • Provide and maintain technical assistance for manufacturers in areas of Cyber Physical Security such as regulatory compliance, standards, assessments, information security, information and operational technologies, workforce training, threats and vulnerabilities
  • Contribute to standard work and cost strategies for the Cyber Physical Security practice
  • Set and manage client expectations to assure high customer value
  • Establish a financially viable and sustainable Cyber Physical Security practice
  • Assess manufacturers’ needs during company-specific discovery meetings
  • Project manage contractor delivered Cyber Physical Security services
  • Provide input and guidance in rating of contractor performance, capabilities and capacities
  • Build teamwork and develop strong communication among in-house and contractor team members
  • Identify and position fee-based services for customers requesting support
  • Within program guidelines, coordinate and deliver documented program support (such as case studies, press releases and support letters) from customers
  • Contribute and provide input for marketing tools such as company's website, e-Books, online blogs, etc.
  • Ensure that company staff is current on all new and existing Cybersecurity regulations, requirements, services, tools, resource certifications, and identifying customer needs
  • Conduct Cyber Physical Security related workshops for customers and prospects
  • Regularly interface with associations, universities, laboratories, agencies, and companies to remain current on industry changes, and to communicate company programs and capabilities
  • Perform follow-up evaluations of projects to determine economic impact, seek additional improvement needs, develop positive customer relationships, and to obtain feedback on services and effectiveness
  • Follow company's team norms and core values
  • Other as assigned.  Travel is required to events and clients

Qualification Requirements:
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, manufacturing or equivalent industry experience
  • Ten years or more recent experience in a manufacturing, Cyber Physical Systems, Industrial Control Systems or applicable business environment at a professional level
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years’ experience implementing Cyber Physical Systems security
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral, written and listening
  • Consulting and business development with industrial clients
  • One or more current certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISM, CISSP, CEH or equivalent
  • Prefer White Hat
