Position Summary:
The Wastewater Treatment Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the wastewater treatment system at a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures all wastewater processes run efficiently and remain compliant with environmental regulations while supervising operators and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily wastewater treatment operations and staff

• Ensure compliance with all environmental permits and regulations

• Monitor treatment processes, chemical usage, and system performance

• Review lab results and adjust processes as needed

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of pumps, blowers, and treatment equipment

• Maintain operational logs and regulatory reports

• Support environmental inspections and audits

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of wastewater treatment experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of biological treatment systems, pumps, and chemical dosing

• Familiarity with environmental regulations and wastewater permits

• Wastewater Operator License preferred
